Textile Sewer

Sewing Process: Operating an industrial Juki and/or Brother sewing machine (Single Needle, Double Needle, Box &
Cross, and other specialty machines as required) to build products, prototypes, and samples.
Taking feedback from Senior Sewers on sewing techniques and construction methods to ensure the
builds are of the highest quality and true to the company’s construction and design standards. Learning
how to read and correctly interpreting the Bill of Materials (BOM’s) for the items to be constructed.
Sewers are also expected to “tweak” existing samples when modifications and changes are deemed
necessary by the design team.
Other Duties:

  • Min. 5 years of strong experience,
    When requested, work with senior management to improve production workflow, product
    design, and overall sewing and manufacturing processes.
  • Creatively contributing to the team to continually improve our products and working
    environment.
  • General care and maintenance of sewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
